What are the steps in placing and order?
To place an order you will need to submit an order form and district purchase order to LASOrderTX@datarecognitioncorp.com. Order forms are available at www.LASLinks.com/Texas under the Customer Support tab. If you need further assistance, you may contact Order Support at 833-867-5679 Option 1 from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CT M-F.
How long does my order take to process?
It takes 7-10 business days to process submitted orders once all required PO and order forms are received by DRC.
How do I check to see if I have enough licenses in my account to test my students?
Each LEA’s Point of Contact has access to the License Dashboard in the portal. They may also give other users access to the license dashboard as well. This is the perfect place to check to make sure you have enough licenses for the upcoming testing season.
What do I need to order to test with LAS Links Online?
To test students in 1st grade and to test students with LAS Links Español, you need to purchase the student licenses that include 2 domains (ISBN: C6021602)
To test students in grades 2-12 in English, you need to purchase the student licenses that include 4 domains (ISBN: C6021600)
Are there any print materials that I need to purchase to administer LAS Links Online?
No. There are no print materials that accompany LAS Links Online.
What is the cost for PreLAS Online and LAS Links Online student licenses?

What do I need to order to test with PreLAS Online?
To administer PreLAS Online, besides one license per student, per test, you will need the corresponding non-consumable cue picture book. It is recommended that Test Administrators also have a copy of the Examiner’s Manual on hand as well. If you are administering the Pre-Literacy component (not a requirement for the identification of Emergent Bilingual students) you will also need the gameboard.
What are DRC Scoring Services and how do I order/activate scoring services?
DRC offers LEAs, for an additional purchase, to score students’ Speaking and Writing responses. Once the student has finished Speaking (for instance) and submits the test, the responses goes to the DRC trained scorers who listen to the responses and apply a score.
To order DRC Scoring Services, LEAs submit the Score ID Bundle Order Form along with a Purchase Order. The bundle order form bundles test licenses with DRC scoring services. DRC will invoice you upon receipt of your scoring order.
How long does it take for DRC to score student responses?
It takes DRC 2-3 business days to score student’s Speaking and Writing (constructed) responses. The proficiency level will automatically show up on the student’s report(s) once scoring is completed.
How do I obtain a file of our student test data?
You may purchase a Student Data File which is provided nightly via the INSIGHT portal. This export of your online test data can be imported into any data management system. For pricing, please utilize the "Additional Services" order form found at www.LASLinks.com/Texas.
