The LAS Links Texas Order Forms provide schools and districts with an easy way to request assessment materials to support English and Spanish language proficiency testing. ID Online Licenses Order Form
Order PreLAS Online and LAS Links Online test licenses to use for the purpose of emergent bilingual student identification. This form also includes the paper ancillary materials needed for PreLAS Online testing.
Score ID Bundle Order Form
Order LAS Links Online test licenses to use for the purpose of emergent bilingual student identification bundled with DRC Scoring Services. This form also includes the Student Data File (SDF) and Training pricing and order options.
Progress Monitoring Bundle Order Form
Order PreLAS Online and LAS Links Online test licenses to use for the purpose of emergent bilingual student progress monitoring/interim testing bundled with DRC Scoring Services. These licenses may be purchased with Title III funds and data from the assessments may be used for monitoring language development (English and Spanish), LOTE credit, Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA), CBE and Spanish Course Placement, Program Evaluation, Newcomers, and School Improvement. Included with the bundle is the full suite of LAS Links Interactive Reports.
Progress Monitoring Online Licenses Order Form
Order PreLAS Online and LAS Links Online test licenses to use for the purpose of emergent bilingual student progress monitoring/interim testing. Scoring is done locally with Educator Scoring. These licenses may be purchased with Title III funds and data from the assessments may be used for monitoring language development (English and Spanish), LOTE credit, Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA), CBE and Spanish Course Placement, Program Evaluation, Newcomers, and School Improvement. LAS Links Interactive Reports are an additional cost.
PreLAS Observational Progress Assessment (For Summer School) Order Form
Order the PreLAS Observational Progress Assessment that may be used to meet the requirements TAC 89.1250 (d) (7) for Summer School.

LAS Battery of Assessments
Texas School Districts may order the LAS Battery of Assessments directly from DRC under the authority of the Texas Education Agency (TEA) resulting from Contract #4587. The state-wide contract contains all standard and education-related terms and conditions that are required by the State of Texas for the purchase of education assessments, including certifications and representations. Therefore, Texas School Districts can order the LAS Battery of Assessments on the DRC-provided order forms and will be billed by DRC for their purchases. No other district-level procurement forms are necessary for the transactions.

The dedicated Texas phone line and email are the only two methods for placing an order for Texas LEAs. Orders that come to DRC outside of the dedicated Texas phone or Texas email will not fall under the contracted turnaround time.
